Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClipTrove applications, websites, subscriptions, and related services provided by Lead Magic Corporation.

Using ClipTrove

You may use ClipTrove only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for content you copy, store, synchronize, or share through the app and for ensuring you have the right to use that content.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and devices. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not sell, transfer, or share subscription access outside the features we provide.

Subscriptions and pricing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Current list prices include Personal Monthly ($3.99/mo), Personal Annual ($29.99/yr), Lifetime ($89.99), Family ($59.99 for up to 6 people), and Teams ($3.49 per user per month). Prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase. App Store purchases are subject to Apple’s payment and refund terms. Direct purchases, where offered, are subject to the terms shown at checkout.

Service changes

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects a paid service, but platform, security, or legal requirements may require faster action.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse ClipTrove to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, evade access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Intellectual property

ClipTrove and its software, branding, and service content are owned by Lead Magic Corporation and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ClipTrove for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

ClipTrove is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Clipboard tools interact with other applications and operating-system services; we cannot guarantee that every format, app, or sync operation will always work without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Magic Corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of ClipTrove.

Termination

You may stop using ClipTrove at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to address a material violation, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirement.
